  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, JCB, and Diner’s Club.

  • Do you price match?

    We would love to, however due to licensing restrictions we cannot. All of our products are officially licensed, competitively priced, and include free US standard shipping.

  • Where is my order confirmation email?

    If you are missing emails from Sons of Gotham, check your email account’s Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered.  To ensure you receive all email notifications from Sons of Gotham please add email@sonsofgotham.com  to your address book.  Feel free to contact us if you would like us to resend your confirmation email.

  • Can you ship internationally?

    Currently due to licensing regulations, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. With that being said, please make sure to bookmark Sons of Gotham and check back regularly as these regulations may change.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes we do offer free shipping with no order minimum required on all orders shipping to the United States.

  • What do I do if my tracking number states my package was delivered but I still haven’t received it?

    No worries!  Sometimes orders are marked delivered by USPS but does not get dropped off until a later date.

    Check with others at your address, or perhaps a neighbor, to see if someone else has picked up the package.

    If all else fails, contact your local USPS post office as they may have your package(s).

  • What is your return policy?

    All of our returns are free. 60 days for a full refund. 90 days for an exchange or store credit.

  • I received the wrong shirt, what should I do?

    Yikes! Please email us your order number and a photo of the shirt you received and someone will contact you within 1 day to reship the correct shirt. We are sorry to hear this happened and if you have any questions please call 888-766-7442.
